The Scotsman UF1415A-1 Undercounter Ice Machine helps you keep up with the ice demands of your seafood or meat business, bar, or restaurant. This ice flake maker efficiently produces soft and snow-like ice that is primarily used for display applications to present seafood, meats, and produce in market display cases or buffet lines. It is also often used for medical compresses or in blended drinks. The ice machine can produce up to 142 pounds of ice every day with a storage capacity of 36 pounds. To operate at the optimal level, this ice maker requires a connection to a circuit with electrical specifications of 115 volts, 60 hertz, and a single-phase electrical supply.
