Bio Rad Dual Block Well DNA Engine Thermal Cycler Model: ALD1244 and PTC0200

**This Unit has been tested to specifications. Has slight cosmetic blemishes from normal use and Right side Gap(Does not affect functionality). See photos for further details

The Biorad Dual 48 Well DNA Engine Thermal Cycler utilizes interchangeable samples blocks and heat pump assemblies wich allow the user to change format easily between runs while retaining NIST-traceable accuracy. The dual 48 well block allows two independent programs to be run at the same time. This Thermal cyclers precise Peltier-effect heat pumps deliver a full temperature range of 0-100'C electronically. This compact instrument offers speedy ramping rates of up to 3.0/sec. in models that hold 0.2ml. tubes or V-well plates. The DNA engine thermal cycler has unparalleled temperature homogeneity of +-0.4'C within 30 seconds of arrival at 60'C for all standards models. This Biorad machine offers a large memory and amiable software that allows control over virtually every thermal parameter. 48/48 Dual Alpha unit: Holds 2 x 48 x 0.2 ml tubes or half plates
