The Agilent 1200 Series HPLC System has a modular design allowing users to define a configuration ideally suited to meet their HPLC and UHPLC applications and requirements.

The 1200 series is a step forward from the innovative 1100 series, building on the modular design and configuration capabilities of the original.  The result is a superior combination of speed, resolution, and sensitivity that has fostered widespread implementation in many labs.

The 1200 series achieves high levels of sample throughput by the use of either binary or quaternary pumps and interchangeable autosamplers.  The high pressure operation and the use of short columns with small diameter media result in fast, high resolution separations.  The dual-lamp design and the temperature control of the 1200 series diode array detectors ensure outstanding sensitivity.  Easy to use and scalable, the software and control instrumentation are advanced and critical value features.  In total, the 1200 series of HPLC systems are a must have for any analytical lab.

Agilent 1200 Series G1315B (DAD) Diode Array Detector 

• The Agilent 1200 Series diode-array detector adds spectral acquisition to your HPLC analyses. Verify separation quality with peak purity, multiple signals and spectral libraries - interactively or automatically in the same run as your analytical quantification. Extended wavelength range from 190 to 950 nm with highest sensitivity or spectral resolution with programmable slit. And holmium oxide wavelength verification for GLP compliance. The temperature management system ensures optimum baseline stability–even under rough ambient conditions.

Agilent 1100 Series G1316A ColComp

• The Agilent 1100 G1316A Colcom thermosstatted column compartment is built with two heat exchangers for solvent pre-heating, automated column identification module and CAN cable. The compartment’s compact size conveniently fits into a single Agilent 1100 Series HPLC stack. The G1316A offers a temperature range of 10° below ambient to 80° C and temperature stability of ± 0.15°C.

Agilent 1200 Series G1330B FC/ALS Therm

• The Agilent 1200 ALS Thermostat, G1330B controls temperature for either HPLCs or fraction collectors. The ALS thermostat contains Peltier-controlled heat exchangers. A fan draws air from the area above the sample vial tray of the autosampler and is then blown through the fins of the cooling/heating module. There it is cooled or heated according to the temperature setting.

Agilent 1200 Series G1367B HiP-ALS

• The Agilent 1200 Series G1367B HIP-ALS High Performance Autosampler adds maximum flexibility and fast injection cycles, whenever high sample throughput and speed of analysis are required. With a standard injection range from 0.1 to 100 μl, the G1367B Autosampler provides increased sample injection speed for high sample throughput. The G1367B Autosampler can use up to 384-well plates to process up to 768 samples unattended.

Agilent 1200 Series G1379B Degasser

• The Agilent micro vacuum degasser, model G1379B, comprises a 4-channel vacuum container, including 4 micro structured membranes, and a vacuum pump. This degasser features fast and easy flushing, purging, priming and solvent exchange due to its low internal volume (1mL per channel), very low baseline noise and fewer internal flow restrictions for even better performance.
