The Accela PAL Open Autosampler (PAL) is a high throughput autosampler manufactured by CTC Analytics and supplied by Thermo Fisher Scientific. For high-throughput LC/MS applications, use the Accela Open Autosampler, a Thermo Scientific or an Agilent™ liquid chromatography (LC) pump, and a Thermo Scientific mass spectrometer (MS) detector.

 The PAL Autosampler is for Mass Spectrometer sample injection. The PAL   combines liquid and large volume injection options in one single instrument. PAL delivers highly precise and accurate injections and random access to individual samples.

The Autosampler employs XYZ mechanism for fast sampling and/or rapid vial to vial transfers. Fast injection cycles coupled with a large sample capacity make the HTC PAL ideal for high throughput screening, QA/QC applications, or LC/MS Flow injection Analysis.

The PAL HTC Accela1 TMO dramatically increases sample throughput by offering automated sample prep, Peltier cooled sample storage using the cooled stack, and low carryover due to the self-cleaning DLW (Dynamic Load and Wash) module and specially coated x-type syringes.
