Hewlett-Packard Series 530u Columns bring the benefits of fused silica technology to the Packard column user, combining the inertness of fused silica with a sample capacity approaching that of packed columns. Thin walls permit a degree of flexibility and the protective coating of polyimide applied to the outside surface prevents loss of strength during handling and use. The columns are inherently straight, permitting direct insertion into the injection port regardless of configuration.
