Perseptive Biosystems Cytofluor 4000 is a fluorescence/bioluminescence reader with temperature control from 5C to 20C in 0.2C increments-up to 45C.The Cytofluor measures soluble and cell-associated fluorescence, thanks to its photo multiplier tube placed in a lightproof detection chamber.
