Clarostat 240C Decade Power Resistor Box, 0 to 999,999 Ohms in 6 decades. The Clarostat 240C is a table-top, high power resistance decade box. The 240-C Power Resistor Decade Box provides a power resistor for any required ohmage from 1 to 999,999 ohms in 1 ohm increments and six decade steps. The ohmage is selected or determined by six front panel dials and the value is read directly-in-sequence from the dials, thereby simplifying the selection of known or unknown resistances for use in working circuits. Honeywell 240C. The 240-C is a must in electronic and electrical work when dealing with known or unknown resistances. Selected or determined under active operational conditions. The power resistor decade box provides a power resistor for any required ohmage frm 1 to 999,999 ohms in 1 ohm increments. The ohmage is selected or determined by six front panel dials, and the value is read directly in sequence from the dials, thereby simplifying the selection of known or unknown resistances. 

The Benchtop design model240-C has been standard equipment in laboratories engineering departments, plants for maintenance and personnel schools and  other users requiring accurate resistance determination under load conditions.
