TCC-3000RS Thermostatted Column Compartment 

• Operate at temperatures up to 110°C with no compromise in precision or accuracy. The Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ UltiMate™ TCC-3000RS Rapid Separation Thermostatted Column Compartment enables the use of high column temperatures for ultrafast and conventional liquid chromatography (LC) applications to reduce system backpressures and run times. Dispersion-reduced precolumn heating and postcolumn cooling technology ensures optimal separation, run time, and detection under challenging conditions. These low-volume cooling and heating components can be easily exchanged to optimally match column flow and mobile phase requirements.

DGP-3600RS Dual-Gradient Rapid Separation Pump

• Take advantage of online SPE, parallel, tandem and two-dimensional LC to increase sample throughput, achieve higher resolution or automate sample preparation. The Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ UltiMate™ DGP-3600RS Dual-Gradient Rapid Separation Pump combines the ultrahigh speed and resolution of RSLC with dual technology. Accommodate two different applications on a dual system with different solvents and columns; switch between applications unattended yet with active basline monitoring and Intelligent Run Control.
   

WPS-3000TRS Well Plate Autosampler

• Minimize gradient delay and extra column volume for high-efficiency separations and short chromatographic run times. The Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ UltiMate™ 3000 Rapid Separation Well Plate Autosampler offers wide injection volume flexibility for both UHPLC and conventional HPLC applications. This UHPLC autosampler uniquely injects up to 500μL at pressures up to 15,000 psi (103.4 Mpa). The in-line split-loop (or flow-through) injection design provides highly accurate and precise delivery of the sample with ultralow carryover.

SRD-3600 Solvent Racks with Degasser

• Ensure stable baselines and consistent detector performance. The Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ SRD-3x00 Solvent Racks Solvent Racks with Degassers for UltiMate™ 3000 Pumps (SRD-3200, -3400, and -3600) incorporate a low-volume (670µL), chemically-inert degasser with two, four, or six channels, respectively.
• The SRD-3200 Solvent Rack with Degasser supports isocratic (ISO-3100SD) and high-pressure gradient (HPG-3200RS and HPG-3200SD) pumps which do not have built-in degassers. The SRD-3400 Solvent Rack with Degasser supports nano and capillary flow (NCS3500RS) and HPG (HPG-3400RS and HPG-3400SD) pumps without degassers. The SRD-3600 Solvent Rack with Degasser supports dual ternary rapid separation (DGP-3600RS), dual-gradient analytical (DGP-3600SD), and biocompatible dual-gradient micro (DGP-3600BM) pumps without degassers. An optional upgrade kit adds one more channel to degas the autosampler solvent to maintain reproducibility.
