The Pro Star 410 Auto Sampler offers the best of both worlds. It is intelligent for research applications yet rugged enough for routine quality control work. With Pressure Assisted Sampling Aspiration (PASA), the 410 Auto Sampler applies pressure within the vial while the sample is withdrawn by a high resolution syringe. Air bubbles and in-vial vacuum problems are eliminated resulting in excellent reproducibility.

 The 410 Auto Sampler’s three injection modes combine flexibility, ease-of-use, and precision. Choose from: Full Loop — overfills the sample loop for maximum precision. Partial Loop — program variable injection volumes easily. Microliter Pickup — withdraws the exact amount to be injected without sample loss.
