Electrode holder is designed for running the first dimension of 2-D electrophoresis using precast Immobiline Dry Strip gels (not include) You can apply up to 100 µl of sample per strip and run up to 12 strips simultaneously. Run up to 12 Immobiline Dry Strip simultaneously on each Immobiline Dry Strip.
- Electrode Holder for entire method for horizontal 2-D electrophoresis. By appropriate adaptations, the SDS electrophoresis can also be performed using vertical electrophoresis equipment.
- Immobiline Dry Strip kit facilitates sample application and running and equilibration of Immobiline Dry Strip for the first dimension in 2-D (two-dimensional) electrophoresis.
- Isoelectric focusing with an immobilized pH gradient (IPG), makes true isoelectric focusing possible and significantly improves the reproducibility of the spot distribution along the pH gradient axis of 2-D maps.
