The GE AKTA Frac-920 Fraction Collector has the ability to collect up to 175 fractions in 12 mm tubes, or 95 fractions using 10-18mm tubes, or 40 fractions with 30 mm diameter tubes, depending on which rack you’re using. The Frac-920 can collect fixed volumes, peak fractionation, and timed fractionation all through a few simple pushes of a button. The system is reliable and easy-to-use, allowing quick and concise setup of methods, and was designed with scale-up chromatography in mind. The Frac-920 can be used as a standalone fraction collector or can be connected to an AKTA FPLC system.
