The pneumatics/tachometer box provides pressure and flow regulation of drive, bearing, and VT pneumatics, display of the rotor spinning speed, and conversion of the tachometer output of magic-angle spinning (MAS) probes to a signal that can be read by the Magnet and Sample Regulator (MSR) board in UNITY INOVA systems or the Liq/Sol Spinner board in MERCURY-series systems.
