The speed of multichannel UHPLC
 
LC-MS users often waste valuable MS duty cycle on lengthy sample injection cycles, column washing, and column equilibration stages. The Thermo Scientific Transcend LX multichannel UHPLC systems eliminate wasted time by utilizing multiple LC channels interfaced with a single MS instrument for up to four-fold increase in throughput, depending on the configuration.

Increased mass spectrometer utilization

Transcend multichannel systems have two or four LC channels that operate in parallel, independently, into a single mass spectrometer to double or quadruple throughput. One method can be run on all channels or each channel can run a different method simultaneously.

Extended sample capacity

Sample capacity can be extended from six to twelve 96- or 384-well plates by adding another cool stack to the autosampler for greater throughput.

  • Each system can include up to eight automated, six-port valves, depending on system configuration. Multi-channel systems include a selector and a bypass valve that determine which channel flow is directed to the detector.

Thermo CTC Analytics PAL HTS1-TMO-xt Autosampler 

  • The CTC Thermo PAL is a high-throughput autosampler manufactured by CTC Analytics
    and supplied by Thermo Fisher Scientific for high-throughput LC/MS applications.  The HTS PAL LC Autosampler is great for Mass Spectrometry sample injection because it combines liquid and large volume injection options in one single instrument. Solvent Rack SR-3000 P/N 5035.9200

  • Securely organize up to nine 1L eluent bottles using the Thermo Scientific™ SR-3000 Solvent Rack without degassers. Placed on top of your Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ UltiMate™ 3000 system stack, the solvent rack without a degasser supports pumps with integrated degassers. It is recommended in combination with all UltiMate 3000 Quaternary RSLC, Standard, and Micro Pumps with internal degassers (LPG-3400RS/SD/AB/M/MB). Its compact design conserves valuable bench space. The tray is resistant to the most commonly used HPLC solvents and buffer solutions and enables easy cleaning and maintenance.

 

Systec 8 Channel Stand-Alone MINI Degasser P/N 0001-6410

  • The Systec Stand Alone MINI degassing system is a highly efficient in-line module that removes dissolved gases from fluids. Its unique design ensures reliable and continuous operation and the highest level of continuous performance available without the need for helium degassing. Up to two solvent lines may be degassed simultaneously by one unit. The low internal volume of each AF channel offers very quick equilibration.
