Description
The Sedere Sedex 75 Evaporative Light Scattering Detector (ELSD) detects compounds less volatile than the mobile phase, in HPLC, micro-HPLC, Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC), GPC, or CCC. It provides the option of 4 new nebulizers and a redesigned evaporation tube. This allow the user to use a lower temperature to evaporate the mobile phase, providing uniform droplet size, maximizing sensitivity and repeatability.
