  • The Cr-241 has a design type microscope with a system of vision SLR (single-lens-reflex) and a platina of sample with movement in three directions for exact positioning and approach of the samples.
  • It is equipped with a data processor with incorporated thermal printer.
  • Geometry: circumferential illumination to 45 Deg. measurement to 0 Deg. Area of measurement:0.3mm or 1.8mm (selectionable)
