The HyperCyt System rapidly acquires samples from a multi-well microplate to perform high-throughput flow cytometry. As a modular add-on for new or existing flow cytometers, the HyperCyt System is designed to acquire samples in a variety of 96- and 384-well microplates.

• Temperature range – 5 to 40oC
• Humidity – Maximum relative humidity 80% for temperatures up to 31oC, decreasing linearly to 50% relative humidity at 40oC
• HyperCyt Tubing/Connectors kit, or recommended tubing/connectors only
• Sampling volume –. Sampling volume is user adjustable using HyperCyt Autosampler Software and is determined by the time the probe remains in the well or tube and the speed of the peristaltic pump. 
• Carryover – Carryover is sample and sample size dependent. Typical results are: o 1-2% ± in no rinse format* o <1% with an interwell rinse
• HyperCyt is compatible with all 96 and 384 well microplates. However, it is advisable to verify the optimal plate for your applications.
• 96-well Microplate – 2.5 minutes
• 384-well Microplate – 10 minutes
