The Horizon Instruments Integrated Card Press is to aid in the alignment and bonding a test card and sensor assembly using either heat activate adhesive or pressure activated adhesive.
Manufacture Specification
- The machine can be fitted with a heated platen capable of reaching temperatures up to 200ºC.
- This machine is designed to be used by a single operator. Operator safety is achieved by the use of a “two-hand” interlocked button arrangement.
- The machine is fitted with a temperature controller to set the desired temperature for the heated platen.
