Job Description

The Processor supports the overall responsibility for quality of listings of the new and used equipment that is received from all our clients and sales channels.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing a large variety of biotech equipment to sell on various online platforms
  • Thoroughly clean and stage items
  • Take clear photos for item/system advertisement
  • Confirm item functionality
  • Follow Processing SOP to finalize an accurate advertisement
  • Data entry
  • Create ads using online research for proper setup and descriptions
  • Populate approximate valuations of equipment based on historical records/sales and given valuation methodologies
  • Evaluate and assess condition and classification of item
  • Collaborates and communicates with Operation Manager, Sales, Customer Service Representatives, Service Technicians, and others involved in the processing of items
  • Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area
  • Engages with vendors, customers, and drivers with a positive attitude
  • Provides additional backup support for the Shipping and Service departments
  • Special projects/tasks as may be assigned by Warehouse Operations manager

Qualifications / Skills

  • Sorting incoming/outgoing stock
  • Pulling, packing, and loading (must be comfortable with using ALL warehouse equipment)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of time management and urgency to meet deadlines
  • A strong attention to detail is A MUST
  • Must display the ability to be a self-starter and work independently
  • Must be able to lift heavy equipment and stand for long periods of time
  • Pulling equipment from warehouse pallet racking
  • Inventory management

Education, Experience and Licensing Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams a plus
  • Forklift Certification & pallet jack experience preferred (Multiple Styles)
  • Box Truck (Class C) Experience a Plus

This position is full-time and non-exempt. The hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday but may require some flexibility in schedule. REUZEit offers full benefits including, but not limited to – medical, dental, vision, PTO, and sick time after the probationary period.
